At Alpkit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not quite right, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 123 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate Your Label

  Visit our online returns portal to select your preferred courier method and print your prepaid shipping label or generate a digital QR code.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Return

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or schedule a home collection as specified in the returns portal instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 working days.
